Marieke Abbink on the OLEC Advisory Board
The Oldenburger Energy Cluster OLEChas been a 'sister organisation' of New Energy Coalition -and its predecessor- for many years and promotes sustainable energy development in northwest Germany. The regions in Germany and the Netherlands regularly collaborate on cross-border energy projects, and there are close ties and exchanges. Upon the establishment of OLEC's Advisory Board on October 4th, New Energy Coalition's CEO, Marieke Abbink, joined the Advisory Board and was inaugurated as a member. It was an honorable and festive occasion.
OLEC is actively working to make Northwest Germany a pioneering region for climate neutrality. The Advisory Council will serve the Executive Board as a qualified advisor and driving force, stimulating new ideas for the network and exploring cross-border cooperation opportunities within the regions.
