Come and see the Hydrogen Living Lab of Port of Den Helder
The Dutch Province of Noord-Holland is an important energy (transition) region and part of New Energy Coalition’s work field. In various collaborations and partnerships, we work on projects and initiatives in the field of (new) energy. In this case with Greenshipping Waddenzee, Port of Den Helder and FME.
Port of Den Helder is located at a crucial connection point between the North Sea and the Wadden Sea. On the one side as a ‘logistical pitstop’ for offshore activities and, on the other side as a Wadden Sea port from which the Wadden Sea is frequently operated on behalf of fairway management, ecologics management and recreational purposes. From this sustainability is a priority for Port of Den Helder. The future of maritime transport is hydrogen.
The aim of this event is to introduce potential users and other stakeholders in the chain to the possibilities and challenges in a living lab environment in Port of Den Helder. In this way, based on their own experiences and trials, they can make an informed choice to make the transition to hydrogen-based operations part of their future business operations.
Does your company or organisation work in or with the Port of Den Helder or are you interested in sustainability from a policy perspective? Then together we will set out on the road to a sustainable, future-proof port of Den Helder. A hydrogen-powered port.
Please note: the number of participants is limited, so don’t wait too long to sign up!
