H2 Grand Prix RWE European Championship
Students and teachers from nine different European countries are coming to Groningen for the H2 Grand Prix RWE European Championship. This championship is organized by Alfa-college, Noorderpoort, and Hanze University of Applied Sciences. On June 21st, the teams will compete against each other in hydrogen-powered RC cars at the Kardinge ice rink. Various activities related to energy and hydrogen will also take place that day, where learning from and with each other plays a key role.
Horizon Hydrogen Grand Prix
The Horizon Hydrogen Grand Prix offers students from pre-vocational secondary education (VMBO), intermediate vocational education (MBO), and higher professional education (HBO) the opportunity to convert electrically powered RC model cars into hybrid hydrogen-powered vehicles. This challenge culminates in a thrilling endurance race, focusing on the cars' endurance.
