Internship description
As an intern, you will work in the Marketing & Communications team. This department is responsible for the corporate communication of New Energy Coalition, its projects and the New Energy Academy brand. Your work will vary in activities in the field of social media, website, newsletters, design work, event communication, project communication but equally in thinking along and collaborating on the strategic side of communication and marketing.

Period: 01/02/25 – 30/06/25 (other start and/or end dates are possible)
Hours: 40 hours
Guidance and assignment
We think it is important to tailor your internship to your needs and expertise as closely as we can. Your development is key during this period. The supervisor helps you combine learning and working and apply theory in practice. Your ‘buddy’ acts as a daily sparring partner.
Specific assignments are possible:
- (online) communication of New Energy Academy
- creating content for positioning our experts
- helping to organise and communicate about events (depending on the planning)
- creating videos for online use
Internship requirements
- At least college or university level (must)
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both written and spoken (must);
- Background in communication or marketing (or related studies)
- Affinity with the energy transition and/or sustainability
- You are motivated, take initiative, show commitment and take responsibility for your own learning process
- Team player
What we offer
- Compensation of €350 per month
- Good balance between work and school assignments/research
- Regular supervision meetings with your supervisor from New Energy Coalition
