Introduction of the HIGGS, THyGA and SuperP2G project

This is an invitation to a web-based introduction on March 25, 2020 on three ongoing European projects on hydrogen integration in natural gas networks and appliances and power-to-gas integration in regional energy systems, organized by ERIG. ERIG is a European research and development network focused on developing and demonstrating the role of gas in the transition process to a future renewable energy-based energy system.
The projects introduced are:
HIGGS – Hydrogen in gas networks – A systematic validation approach at different mixing levels in high-pressure networks.
THyGA – Testing of hydrogen mixtures for gas appliances.
SuperP2G – Synergies for the regional use of renewable energy through Power-To-Gas.
The general idea of the event is to give you a chance to learn more about the projects that have just started and to “sign up” at the corresponding project contact point to stay informed about what is happening in the project that has your special interest. HIGGS and SuperP2G will also offer individual web sessions in direct connection, where they will go into more detail and a more extensive exchange is possible. More information on topics and agenda will follow.
General schedule for March 25, 2020:
13:00-13:45: Flash Project Pitches from all three projects with short Q&A
(5 min pitch and 10 min extra for questions and answers per project) 13:45 – 15:15: Parallel web sessions
