Our policy
New Energy Coalition is a continuously growing network of knowledge institutions, NGOs, companies and governments working together to accelerate the energy transition for a sustainable future. As a catalyst, we bring together knowledge, policy, education and entrepreneurship. Sustainable entrepreneurship is a given, both in our actions, our facilities and our staff. We are committed to a safe and inclusive working environment where all our employees are given the same opportunities and can develop as much as possible, regardless of position, origin, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, etc. To achieve this, we work according to company-wide implemented policies that we test in our daily practice and are complemented by regulations or our own insight.
Gender equality policy
