InCUBE
Sustainable renovation of existing buildings within the European Union.
Goal
Making the renovation process of existing buildings more sustainable by;
- reducing renovation costs (working more efficiently)
- saving and producing energy through smart and local solutions
- monitoring and analysing predicted and actual energy consumption in the process
In all these components, inclusiveness and equality in retraining (potential) employees play a major role.

Description
At the end of the project, the ‘InCUBE Suite’ will be delivered. This tool enables seamless coordination of different renovation phases, while using data to improve tenant comfort and make the renovated buildings actively play a role in the local energy system by serving as storage or renewable energy generators, for example. Central to this are industrialisation, new renewable energy sources, digitalisation and business models.
Our role
