Hall of Knights, The Hague | January 23, 2019
100 of the brightest Dutch minds around. Ten tables. And the biggest challenge that mankind has ever faced: How can we reduce CO2 emissions by 49% by 2030, before it’s too late?
At the Knights of the Future we discuss this pressing challenge by bringing together the most important stakeholders: business, government, academia and the community at large. Frontrunners who know that current technology, business models, consumer behaviour and regulation will not suffice, that deep investments in new technologies and innovative solutions are needed, that it takes ‘brave hearts’ and ‘knights’ to strive for a better future using technology to our advantage.
Today’s selected knights have the perseverance, the talent and the ambition to shape the future. We begin by connecting them to each other at 10 different tables, maximizing impact whilst making sure new collaborations are formed. The stakes are high and we hope by bringing people together to make meaningful connections the outcome will transcend this day.
